Gilbey’s Restaurant in Bournemouth is situated in the Liston Hotel which is two minutes from the Cliff Top Gardens in Boscombe Spa.
The large open restaurant with polished oak floor and wall murals of Edwardian days on the pier compliments the cosy bar and entrance hall with original features dating back to the turn of the century.
Our food is modern English/French with some influences from the rest of the World.
We are an award winning restaurant, having two dining awards with the R.A.C.
During the summer months a lighter menu is also available which can be enjoyed al fresco in our well tended grounds.
Excellent car parking facilities are available.
The Liston Hotel is a 2* Hotel with 25 en-suite bedrooms all with tea/making facilities.
We also have a Passenger lift, should you or any of your party require any assistance.
